Will the jewelry tarnish?

Our core pieces are stainless steel based with gold-tone finishes made for daily wear: showers, workouts and weather included. With normal care they keep their colour for years. Fine pieces in 925 sterling silver or gold vermeil prefer to skip pools and perfume.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Stainless steel and titanium based pieces are generally friendly to sensitive skin. Every product page lists the materials.

How do I care for my pieces?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store pieces separately. Keep sterling silver away from perfume, chlorine and sulfur springs.

What are the bags made of?

Each listing states its material: full-grain or top-grain leather, quality vegan leather, or canvas. Natural leather develops character with use.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days to Canada and the USA, with tracking from day one. Shipping is free over $75.

What is your return policy?

30 days, easy. Items should be unworn and in original condition. Start a return from the Contact page with your order number. Earrings can only be returned if unworn, for hygiene.
