Thank you for your Clariva order. Use the link below to track your shipment in real time.

How to Track

  1. Check your email — Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
  2. Use the tracking number — Enter it at 17track.net for universal carrier tracking.
  3. Allow processing time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the USA takes 4–7 business days; delivery to Canada takes 10–18 business days (standard) or 7–12 business days (expedited).

International Orders

Orders outside Canada and the USA typically arrive within 12–25 business days depending on customs processing. Tracking updates may pause briefly while your package clears customs — this is normal.
