How to Track

1. Check your email — Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
2. Use the tracking number — Enter it at 17track.net for universal carrier tracking.
3. Allow processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery to Canada takes 10–18 business days (standard) or 7–12 business days (expedited).

Shipping to the US & International

International orders typically arrive within 12–25 business days depending on customs processing. Tracking updates may pause briefly while your package clears customs — this is normal.
