15-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every Clariva purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. After 15 days from delivery the return window closes and refunds can no longer be offered.

How to Return

1. Email us at info.vereine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, within 15 days of delivery.
2. We will confirm your return and the next steps within 24 hours.
3. Return the item unused and in its original packaging.
4. Once your return is approved, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour within the 15-day window. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
