15-day returns

The right piece should feel right the moment you put it on. If it doesn't, you have 15 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

• Tell us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange
• We'll reply with simple return instructions

Return postage

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges. For refunds, customers cover the return postage — we'll provide the return label and deduct the cost from your refund, so there's nothing to arrange yourself.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Condition

Pieces should be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the condition they arrived. Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

Something arrived damaged?

That should never happen — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
