How to Return
- Email us at info.vereine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return label within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back in original packaging.
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
