Welcome to Clariva. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our store

Clariva sells moissanite necklaces and pendants in white and yellow gold-tone settings over 925 sterling silver. We are a Canadian-owned online store serving customers in Canada and the United States.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. Duties and import taxes are included in what you pay, so nothing further is owed on delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or error; if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellation

Each order is prepared for you the moment it is placed. Once confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — our Refund Policy is here for you instead.

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the USA. Orders are prepared within one to two business days and most reach Canada and the United States within ten to eighteen business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier delays. An order of more than one piece may arrive in separate parcels, each tracked. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Return postage is on us.

6. Product information

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone, valued for its exceptional fire. Our pieces are crafted to the specifications of the Clariva atelier, and every material is described with care. Colours are shown as faithfully as screens allow.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes apply only at the time of purchase, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Clariva and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clariva's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
