Welcome to Clariva Home. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our store

Clariva Home sells natural wooden home and kitchen goods. We are a Canadian-owned online store serving customers in Canada and the United States.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or error; if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the USA. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day returns). See the Refund Policy page for full details.

5. Product information

Our products are made from natural wood (acacia, bamboo, teak). Grain, tone and small variations are natural characteristics, not defects. We work to display colours accurately, but screens vary.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes apply only at the time of purchase, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Clariva Home and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clariva Home's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
