Ring Size Guide
Finding your perfect fit is simple. Here are two easy ways to measure at home.
Method 1: Measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, where your ring will sit. Mark where the paper overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres. Match your measurement to the chart below.
Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their most relaxed. A snug fit that slides over the knuckle with gentle ease is ideal.
Method 2: Measure a ring you own
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres, then match it to the chart below.

Good to know
Clariva rings are available in US sizes 5 through 9. Wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so if you are between sizes, the larger size often feels more comfortable.
