Every Clariva piece leaves our maison with a lasting radiance, made to be worn through your everyday.
Should your piece lose its shine within one year of normal wear, we will restore its brilliance or replace it, with our compliments.
What the Promise covers
Loss of shine and lustre in the moissanite and in the plated finish, through one full year of everyday wear, from the day your piece arrives.
How to request it
Write to maison@clarivalux.com with your order number and a photograph of the piece. We will arrange its return and restoration, or send its replacement of the same piece, with our compliments.
