Aurelia halo pendant with gold-coloured plating on an ivory jewellery bust against burgundy fabricThe details you make your own.

01 / KNOW YOUR STONE

Different stones.
Different stories.

Moissanite and diamond can look similar. They are different materials. Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds are both diamond, with different origins.

EARTH-FORMED

Natural diamond

A geological origin.

Diamond formed naturally in the Earth. Its origin is one part of the story; the individual stone’s quality and documentation matter too.

For you if natural formation is an important part of what you value in a stone.

LABORATORY-GROWN

Lab-grown diamond

Diamond, grown differently.

Diamond grown in a laboratory, with essentially the same chemical, physical and optical properties as natural diamond.

For you if you want diamond as the material and are comfortable choosing a laboratory-grown origin.

This is a guide to materials, not a claim that Clariva stocks every stone type. Check each product’s description for its exact stone and metal.

02 / FIND YOUR OUTLINE

A shape you recognise.
A feeling you make your own.

Shape describes the outline. Cutting style describes how the facets are arranged. Start with the silhouette you enjoy looking at.

A SOFT, BALANCED OUTLINE

Round

A circular outline with no corners. If your style favours simple, balanced forms, round may be a natural place to begin.

Think: the piece that feels at home with a favourite white shirt.

These style associations are invitations to explore, not rules about your personality. AI-generated stone illustrations show shape and faceting; they are not photographs of Clariva inventory or a scale or grading comparison.

03 / FIND YOUR BALANCE

Three sizes.
One beautiful choice: yours.

Select a centre stone to explore its proportions. These illustrations compare relative diameters; they are not life-size on your screen.

Centre stone only. Aurelia’s surrounding halo adds to the pendant’s overall diameter.

04 / THE FINER DETAILS

Choose for the way
you wear it.

I

Your everyday neckline

Picture the shirts, knits and dresses you wear most. Think about how much of the pendant you would like to notice against them.

II

The whole silhouette

The measurement describes the centre stone. The halo, bail and chain also shape how the necklace looks when worn.

III

Your own preference

There is no perfect size for everyone. Choose the piece you will reach for because you love the way it feels like you.

GOOD TO KNOW

A clearer
understanding.

What does the millimetre measurement mean?

For these Aurelia options, it is the diameter of the round centre stone. It does not describe the full pendant or its surrounding halo.

Is carat the same as size?

No. Carat measures weight, while millimetres describe dimensions. Diamond-equivalent carat labels are not the actual weight of a moissanite stone. This guide uses millimetres for a clearer comparison.

Can I use this guide as a ruler?

No. Images and illustrations change size with your device. For a physical reference, mark 6.5, 8 and 9 mm diameters on paper using a millimetre ruler, then compare them with a piece you already wear.

Which finishes and sizes does Aurelia offer?

At the time this guide was prepared, rhodium-plated sterling silver was offered in 6.5, 8 and 9 mm, and 14K gold-plated sterling silver in 8 and 9 mm. Check the product page for current options.
