Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page or the chat on our site with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. You will not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, used kitchen items may only be returned if defective.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will trace it.
